Changfei Optical Fiber & Cable (06869) completed the issuance of a total of 70 million shares for sale

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Changfei Optical Fiber Cable (06869) issued an announcement. All conditions contained in the placement agreement (placement agreement) dated December 9, 2025 have been fulfilled, and completed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the placement agreement on December 17, 2025. The placement agent has successfully placed a total of 70 million shares to no less than six assignees in accordance with the terms and conditions of the placement agreement. The placement price is HK$32.26 per share, which will account for about 9.24% of the total issued share capital of the Company immediately before completion, and approximately 8.46% of the total issued share capital of the Company immediately after completion of the date of this announcement.
