Ruida Futures announced that the closing price of the company's stock for ten trading days from November 13, 2025 to December 17, 2025 was not less than 130% of the current conversion price of “Ruida Bonds”. If the closing price of the company's stock for 15 out of 30 consecutive trading days is not less than 130% of the current conversion price, it will trigger the conditional redemption clause agreed in the “Ruida Futures Co., Ltd. Public Offering of Convertible Corporate Bonds”.
