Mutares Sells 12.5% Terranor Group Stake for EUR6 Million

01:53 AM EST, 12/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Mutares (MUX.F) raised 6 million euros from its placement of 2.5 million shares in Swedish road maintenance company Terranor Group (TERNOR.ST). The German private equity holding company said Wednesday the sale covered 12.5% of Terranor's outstanding shares and increased the free float and expanded the investor base. Following the sale, Mutares retained a 57% stake in Terranor.
