Vår Energi Boosts Production in FY25

01:36 AM EST, 12/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Vår Energi (VAR.OL) said Wednesday it completed the delivery of nine growth projects in 2025, boosting production to 430,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day from an average of 280,000 boepd in 2024. The Norwegian oil and gas company is targeting sustained production of between 350,000 and 400,000 boepd by 2030 and beyond. Vår Energi added that its unit operating costs have been reduced to $10 per barrel of oil equivalent, reflecting the addition of low-cost barrels.
