Furthermore, JKN has not yet submitted and disclosed publicly the rectified financial statements for the year 2023 which was instructed by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), nor has it submitted its financial statements for the year 2024 up to the present. (Detail as shown in SET's news and company's news on December 8, 2025). -SET will allow trading in JKN securities for 7 business days from December 18-26, 2025. Investors are required to purchase through cash balance account and SET will delist JKN securities, effective from December 27, 2025 onwards.
