Private equity investment firm Wind Point Partners will relocate its headquarters to a 24,000-square-foot full floor at the Salesforce Tower in a multi-year transaction.
The deal was brokered by Savills and overseen by Vice Chairman John Goodman and Managing Director Brandon Nasatir, along with Vice Chairman Eric Feinberg and Managing Director Isabel Schwartz. Mark Cassata and Paul Reaumond of CBRE represented Salesforce in sublease negotiations.
Wind Point Partners will occupy raw space that it plans to build out and customize. The firm plans to relocate to its new office next year. Salesforce Tower is a 60-story office skyscraper located at 333 W. Wolf Point Plaza in the River North submarket. The building offers 1.2 million square feet of office space and amenities, including a fitness center, wellness rooms, conference areas, and lounge spaces with riverfront balconies.
“At its new location, Wind Point Partners will occupy the full 23rd floor, where it will grow its footprint by 70%,” said Nasatir.
