Galenica to Become Majority Shareholder in Puravita

09:28 AM EST, 12/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Galenica (GALE.SW) will raise its stake in its fellow online pharmacy company Puravita to 80% from 34%, effective January 2026. The transaction is expected to bolster the Swiss company's digital drugstore and over-the-counter range offerings, according to a Tuesday release. Galenica said its partnership with Puravita started in 2020, and that the latter generates an estimated net sales of 22 million francs.
