Paranovus Entertainment Technology Announces 1-For-100 Reverse Share Split, Effective December 18

Paranovus Entertainment Technology Limited (NASDAQ:PAVS), today announced that it will effect a reverse share split of its outstanding Class A ordinary shares, par value $0.01 per share (the "Class A Ordinary Shares"), at a ratio of 1-for-100, to be effective at the open of business on Thursday, December 18, 2025.
