Wancheng Holdings (02892): Wang Tingcong will be appointed as CEO

Zhitong Finance App News, Wan Cheng Holdings (02892) announced that from December 16, 2025, (i) Mr. Lou Jiaqiang BBS, MH, JP (Mr. Lou) will be reappointed as an executive director and will resign as CEO of the Company and Chairman of the Board of Directors Executive Committee to spend more time handling his personal business matters; and (ii) Mr. Wang Tingcong (Mr. Wang), an executive director and chairman of the Company, will be appointed as CEO and Chairman of the Executive Committee to replace Mr. Lou.
