Zhitong Finance App News, Zhongke Electric (300035.SZ) announced that the board of directors of the company agreed to the investment agreement signed between the company and the Sichuan Luzhou (Yangtze River) Economic Development Zone Management Committee. The company plans to invest in the construction of an “integrated lithium-ion battery anode material integration project with an annual output of 300,000 tons” in the Sichuan Luzhou (Yangtze River) Economic Development Zone. The total investment of the project is about RMB 7 billion, divided into two phases. The first phase of the project is to build an integrated production base for lithium-ion battery anode materials with an annual output of 200,000 tons; the second phase of the project plans to build an integrated production base for lithium-ion battery anode materials with an annual output of 100,000 tons. An integrated production base with a planned investment of about 2.3 billion yuan.

The project plans to select a site in Luohan Street, Longmatan District, and use about 1,500 acres of land to build an integrated production base for lithium-ion battery anode materials with an annual output of 300,000 tons, including supporting facilities such as lithium-ion battery anode material production lines, office buildings, and dormitory buildings. The first phase of the project built an integrated production base for lithium-ion battery anode materials with an annual output of 200,000 tons. The construction period was 18 months. Party B started project construction within 6 months after completion of the land delivery, and completed and put into operation within 18 months after the first phase of construction; the second phase of the project built an integrated production base for lithium-ion battery anode materials with an annual output of 100,000 tons. The second phase of construction began within 12 months after the first phase was completed and put into operation, and fully completed and put into operation within 18 months after the second phase began construction.

It is reported that this investment project is conducive to expanding the scale of the company's lithium battery anode business and meeting the needs of the lithium battery anode market. At the same time, it is beneficial to increase the market share of the company's anode material products and obtain economies of scale.
