Zhongke Electric (300035.SZ) plans to repurchase the shares of Zhongke Star City Holdings held by Shenzhen Venture Capital New Materials Fund for no more than 1.283 billion yuan

Zhitong Finance App News, Zhongke Electric (300035.SZ) announced that the board of directors of the company reviewed and passed the “Proposal on Repurchasing the Shares of Hunan Zhongke Star City Holdings Co., Ltd., the holding subsidiary of the company”, agreed that the company would repurchase all shares of Zhongke Star City Holdings held by the Shenzhen Venture Capital New Materials Fund in cash. The repurchase amount is expected to not exceed 1,183 billion yuan, and authorized the company's management to sign relevant legal documents with Shenzhen Venture Capital New Materials Fund to handle all matters relating to this share repurchase.
