CCB Hong Kong plans to transfer 279 million shares of listed companies that it holds to Chuyue Hongzhi, accounting for 29.90% of the company's total share capital. At the same time, Chu Yue Hongzhi or its designated related party plans to further increase the shares of the listed company through partial offers. The number of shares to be purchased is 233 million shares, accounting for 25% of the company's total share capital.
