The controlling shareholder of Carmel Packaging (002969.SZ) will change to Chu Yue Hongzhi stock to resume trading

According to Zhitong Finance App, Jiamei Packaging (002969.SZ) announced that the controlling shareholder of the company signed a “Share Transfer Agreement” between CCB Hong Kong and Suzhou Chuyue Hongzhi Technology Development Partnership (Limited Partnership) (“Chu Yue Hongzhi”). CCB Hong Kong plans to transfer 279 million shares of listed companies that it holds to Chuyue Hongzhi, accounting for 29.90% of the company's total share capital. At the same time, Chu Yue Hongzhi or its designated related party plans to further increase the shares of the listed company through partial offers. The number of shares to be purchased is 233 million shares, accounting for 25% of the company's total share capital.

After this equity change is completed, the controlling shareholder and actual controller of the company will change. The controlling shareholder of the company will be changed to Chu Yue Hongzhi, and the actual controller will be changed to Yu Hao. Trading of the company's shares will resume from the opening of the market on the morning of December 17, 2025.
