China Telecom (00728) appoints Li Huiguang as independent non-executive director

Zhitong Finance App News, China Telecom (00728) announced that the special shareholders' meeting has approved Mr. Li Huiguang as an independent non-executive director of the company. Mr. Li Huiguang also serves as the chairman and member of the Remuneration Committee of the Company's board of directors, and a member of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nomination Committee. The relevant term of office starts on December 16, 2025 and ends at the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to be held by the Company in 2026.
