Cornish Metals Completes Plan to Redomicile to UK from Canada

07:28 AM EST, 12/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Cornish Metals plc (CUSN.L) said Tuesday that Cornish Metals Inc. completed its redomiciliation to the UK from Canada. The move involved the transfer of Cornish Metals Inc. shares to Cornish Metals plc in exchange for new shares in the latter. The Canadian entity has now become a wholly owned subsidiary of the UK company. The Canadian entity's shares will be delisted at the close of trading on Tuesday.
