It found that the original judgment omitted the parties to participate in the lawsuit, ruled that the first instance civil judgment of the Wuxi Intermediate People's Court of Jiangsu Province was annulled, and the case was sent back to the Wuxi Intermediate People's Court for retrial. The appellants, Xinri Co., Ltd. and Nandu Electric Power, each of the second-instance processing fees of 2.373,400 yuan and 542,200 yuan were refunded by the court.
