Anora Trims 68 Jobs as Change Negotiations Finalize

The organizational changes, effective Jan. 1, 2026, involved the formation of country-based go-to-market teams, according to a Tuesday release. About 68 positions were closed, down from the initially expected 70 to 80, and the targeted 7 million-euro reduction in personnel costs was reached. The Finnish wine and spirits company's negotiations involved 500 employees across its seven operating countries in its wine, spirits, and industrial segments.
