(Huatai International Finance), a subsidiary of Huatai International Financial Holdings Co., Ltd. (Huatai International), a wholly-owned overseas subsidiary of the Company, established an overseas medium-term notes program (winning plan) with a total principal amount of up to US$3 billion (or equivalent in other currencies) on October 27, 2020. On December 16, 2025, Huatai International Finance issued two medium-term notes under the above winning plan, with an issuance amount of US$55 million and US$50 million respectively.
