Zhitong Finance App News, Huachangda (300278.SZ) announced that the company (Party C) recently signed a “Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement” with Shanghai Institute of Intelligent Manufacturing of Shanghai Jiao Tong University (Party A) and Shanghai Intelligent Manufacturing Functional Platform Co., Ltd. (Party B).

The three parties will work to build an innovative system with deep integration of industry, education, research and use, focusing on key fields such as robot automation technology solutions, physical intelligent technology and equipment, humanoid robots, industrial robots, industrial software, etc., to jointly overcome the industry's “stuck neck” technical problems, promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, cultivate high-quality complex talents, and create a model for school-enterprise cooperation. The agreement stipulates that Party C will be an important partner for transforming the R&D results of Party A and Party B. Priority is given to cooperation with Party C for new technologies and patents developed by Party A and Party B, including technology transfer, authorized use, industrialization and commercialization, to jointly promote the application of scientific research results in Party C's global projects.
