Ajax Resources to Raise GBP1 Million Via Share Offering

05:28 AM EST, 12/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ajax Resources (AJAX.AQ) said Tuesday it is set to raise 1.2 million pounds sterling in gross proceeds through a share offering. The natural resources investor will issue 21,818,182 new shares at 0.055 pound apiece. The new shares are expected to be listed on the Aquis Stock Exchange Growth Market on Friday. Ajax commenced the equity fundraising on Dec. 11.
