Pan Xianwen held 72.3542 million shares, accounting for 10.58% of the total share capital; Shenzhen Hi-Tech Investment held 56.6866 million shares, accounting for 8.29%. Both promised not to seek control of the company in any way during the shareholding period, not to sign relevant agreements with entities outside the Ji Heng Group, and not to participate in activities affecting the holding position of the Ji Heng Group.
