No. RMG 49/2025 16 December 2025 Subject: Notification of the failure of rental payment of October 2025 To: The President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Pursuant to Grande Hospitality Real Estate Investment Trust ("the Trust") has leased out in its asset in The Sheraton Hua Hin Resort & Spa Project to Honor Business Company Limited ("Lessee") according to Immovable and Movable Lease Agreement ("the Lease Agreements") between the Trust by BBL Asset Management Company Limited in the capacity as the Trustee of the Trust and the Lessee. The Lessee had not paid the rent of October 2025 in the amount of 13,489,941.60 Baht (including VAT) to the Trust as scheduled on 15 December 2025. Then, on 16 December 2025, One Asset Management Limited ("One Asset") as the REIT Manager of the Trust had the letters to the Lessee and Grande Asset Hotels and Property Public Company Limited as the Rent Guarantor to notice that pay the rent to the Trust. The Trust is monitoring Lessee to comply with the Lease Agreement and considering management of the Trust for the benefit of the trust unitholders. The Trust will notice to trust unitholders later.
