Frontier Developments CEO to Step Down; Marketing Chief Named Successor

05:08 AM EST, 12/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Frontier Developments (FDEV.L) appointed Jo Cooke as its new chief executive officer to succeed Jonny Watts, who will step down for personal reasons, according to a Tuesday release. Cooke currently serves as the video games developer's chief marketing officer. His appointment will take effect Jan. 1, 2026, subject to the closing of customary due diligence by the company's nominated adviser. Meanwhile, Watts will remain on the company's board until May 31, 2026, to help ensure a smooth transition.
