(“Guangdong Neusoft Carrier”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, has signed a “Cooperation Framework Agreement” with Yunnan Electric Power Technology Co., Ltd. The two sides will focus on the technical direction of new power systems and carry out in-depth cooperation in research and application in fields such as near-zero carbon technology, grid-connected technology, inspection and testing technology, and high-end intelligent manufacturing technology.
