According to the Straits Environmental Protection Notice, as of November 30, 2025, the investment status of the company's non-public share fund-raising investment projects is as follows: the Fuzhou Lianban Sewage Treatment Plant Phase III project has invested 238 million yuan and has completed commercial operation; the Fuzhou Binhai Xincheng Airport Sewage Treatment Plant PPP project has invested 119 million yuan, completed water flow commissioning and entered trial operation; and a total of 42.772 million yuan in supplementary working capital. On July 19, 2024, the board of directors of the company agreed to extend the commissioning time for the PPP project of Fuzhou Binhai Xincheng Airport Sewage Treatment Plant. On August 1, 2025, the board of directors of the company agreed to further extend the commissioning period for the project until the end of December 2025.
