Theon International Completes Rump Placement, Places All Unsubscribed Shares in Rights Offering

04:18 AM EST, 12/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Theon International (THEON.AS) said Tuesday that it completed its rump placement, placing the remaining unsubscribed 102,587 shares of the issuance of 8,624,645 new ordinary shares. The night vision and thermal imaging systems manufacturer noted that the rump shares were placed at 29.20 euros apiece, with proceeds payable to the company. The offering, underwritten by a group of investment banks, is subscribed to by the investors, and the new shares will be issued and listed on Thursday.
