Minmetals Resources (01208): MMG Australia Limited signs Rosebery concentrate sales agreement with Minmetals North-Europe

Zhitong Financial App News, Minmetals Resources (01208) announced that on December 16, 2025, the seller MMG Australia Limited and Minmetals North-Europe signed a Rosebery concentrate sales agreement to sell this product to Minmetals North Europe.

The quantity is 100% of production between 2026 and 2027, and is estimated to be about 6,000 dry tonnes of this product per year (precious metal concentrate from the Group's Rosebery mine in Tasmania, Australia).

Since the competitive bidding process was conducted to award the product to the buyer, the directors (including the independent non-executive director) believed that the conclusion of the Rosebery concentrate sales agreement would be beneficial to obtain the best sales terms for the Group, including delivery of the product to a specific type of known smelter that specializes in handling the product.
