Spie Unit to Buy Australia's Worley Power Services

02:15 AM EST, 12/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Spie's (SPIE.PA) unit SPIE Global Services Energy agreed to acquire Australia-based Worley Group's power management services arm Worley Power Services. Worley Power Services provides operations and management services for wind farms, power plants, and gas pipelines in Australia, according to a Tuesday release. The French multi-technical services company plans to rename Worley Power Services as SPIE Power Services upon completion of the deal.
