01:56 AM EST, 12/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- AlphaValue/Baader Europe cut its 2026 EPS forecast for Acciona (ANA.MC) by 8.6% after unit Corporación Acciona Energías Renovables Acciona Energía (ANE.MC) agreed to sell 49% of its US photovoltaic portfolio and its entire stake in two Mexican wind farms for $1 billion. "A deal of this nature was largely expected, as Acciona Energía indicated during its 9M25 earnings that it was working on further transactions worth around 1.0 [billion euros], which could be agreed in the near term," analysts noted Monday. While the deconsolidation of wind assets and the deduction of minority interests in the US solar assets are expected to impact the Spanish sustainable infrastructure group's earnings and revenue for 2026, the EPS in 2025 is anticipated to be 0.5% higher than analysts projected earlier. The stock is rated reduce, with a target price of 174 euros.
