Promote the greening and low-carbon transformation and upgrading of ports, speed up the transformation of existing ship power receiving facilities, simultaneously design and construct shore power facilities for new, remodeled, and expanded wharf projects, and promote the normalization of the use of shore power by ships calling at ports. By 2035, the proportion of green transportation infrastructure construction will reach 95%.
