Theon International to Raise EUR148 Million Via Rights Issue

12:24 AM EST, 12/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Night vision and thermal imaging systems manufacturer Theon International (THEON.AS) said Monday it is set to raise 148 million euros through a rights issue. The received subscriptions for 99% of the new shares offered in the rights issue, with majority shareholders Venetus and CHRE Investments subscribing for 107 million euros under their pro-rata entitlement. The new shares are expected to be issued and listed on Thursday. Theon said the remaining 1% rights that were not subscribed will be offered to institutional investors in a rump placement.
