UBS Group Technology, Operations Chief Plans December Exit

11:44 PM EST, 12/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- UBS (UBSG.SW) Group Chief Operations and Technology Officer Mike Dargan plans to step down at the end of December. The Swiss lender said Monday the group technology function will report into the incoming Group Chief Operating Officer Beatriz Martin, who is set to join Jan. 1, 2026. Meanwhile, Group Technology Chief Operating Officer Chris Gelvin will assume the interim head of group technology role until a permanent successor is appointed.
