The estimated capital expenditure is 6.6 billion US dollars, and the total investment amount is 7.4 billion US dollars, including working capital and financing costs. The statement said that site preparation work for the project will begin in 2026, and it is expected that commercial operation will commence in stages starting in 2029. The plant will process about 1.1 million tons of raw materials and produce 540,000 tons of finished products every year.
