Zhitong Finance App News, China Resources Pharmaceutical (03320) announced that on December 15, 2025, China Resources Pharmaceutical Commercial Group Co., Ltd., a non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, completed issuing the first issue of 2025 medium-term notes in China. The first issue of 2025 medium-term notes with a principal amount of RMB 3 billion has been issued. The term is three years (renewable when due), and the coupon interest rate is 2.19% per annum. The funds raised from the issuance of the first issue of 2025 medium-term notes will be used to repay the interest-bearing debts of China Resources Pharmaceutical Commercial or its subsidiaries.
