Tianshan Electronics (301379.SZ) plans to issue no more than 697 million yuan of convertible bonds

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Tianshan Electronics (301379.SZ) disclosed plans to issue convertible corporate bonds to unspecified targets. The company plans to issue no more than 697 million yuan of convertible bonds. The initial share conversion price is not lower than the average trading price of the company's stock in the 20 trading days before the “Prospectus” announcement and the average trading price of the company's stock on the previous trading day. After deducting the issuance fee, the net amount raised will be used for the optoelectronic touch display integrated module construction project (Phase II), the Tianshan electronic information technology construction project, and supplementary working capital.
