According to the Zhitong Finance App, Xiaomi Group-W (01810) announced that the company spent HK$302 million to repurchase 7.2 million shares on December 15, 2025, at a repurchase price of HK$41.78-42 per share.

On the same day, 7,000 shares were issued in connection with the issuance of new shares or transfer of treasury shares in connection with share awards or options granted to participants (other than the issuer's directors) under the share plan - involving new shares.
