The pledge registration was completed on December 15; on the same day, it released the pledge of 60 million shares. As of December 15, Beijing Yonyou Technology held 921.1616 million shares of the company, accounting for 26.96% of the total share capital, and pledged a total of 34.513 million shares, accounting for 37.47% of its shares and 10.10% of its total share capital. Beijing Yonyou Technology and its co-actors held a total of 1421.795 million shares, accounting for 41.59% of the total share capital, and pledged 421.63 million shares, accounting for 29.67% of its shares and 12.34% of the total share capital. The risk of this pledge is manageable, and there is no risk of a change in actual control.
