For the single month of November 2025, the total contract sales amount of the Group and its joint ventures and associated companies was approximately RMB 1,105 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 1.87%; of these, property contract sales were approximately RMB 1,066 million; and renovation contract sales were approximately RMB 39 million.
