Van Elle to Sell Canadian Subsidiary for CA$5 Million

04:45 AM EST, 12/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Van Elle Holdings (VANL.L) entered into an agreement to divest its Van Elle Canada unit to special purpose vehicle 1560169 BC for a total of CA$4.7 million in cash. The consideration comprises a CA$2.7 million initial payment and a CA$2 million deferred payment, to be settled between Jan. 31, 2026, and July 31, 2026. Closing is expected by Wednesday, according to a Monday filing. The British geotechnical and ground engineering contractor added that its rail division will continue providing advisory services to the Canadian business.
