According to Zhitong Finance App, China Airlines Technology Holdings (00232) announced that since December 15, 2025: (1) Jiao Yan has resigned as an executive director of the company and a member of the nomination committee of the board of directors; and (2) Ms. Hu Min has been appointed as an executive director and a member of the nomination committee.
