Sunrise Communications to Terminate Class B ADS Program

01:20 AM EST, 12/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Sunrise Communications (SUNN.SW) exchanged 99% of its class B American depositary shares, or ADS, for class B shares on a net basis on Dec. 12. The exchange relates to the termination of its class B ADS program, effective Jan. 30, 2026, the Swiss telecommunications services company said Monday. Following the exchange, 300,000 class B ADS remain outstanding. After the program's termination, the depositary bank will convert any class B shares underlying outstanding class B ADS into class A shares at a ratio of 10 class B shares for one class A share.
