12:04 AM EST, 12/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- BofA Global Research lowered its price objective and midterm EPS estimates for Unilever (UNA.AS, ULVR.L), taking into account the spinoff of Magnum Ice Cream (MICC.AS, MICC.L) and share consolidation of the consumer goods giant. Keeping the buy rating, the price objective was cut to 57 pounds sterling from 60.75 pounds on Dec. 12. "We reiterate Buy as we see Unilever as benefiting the most from emerging markets growth improvement in FY26, backed by better momentum across Asia Pacific Africa (India, Indonesia, China), soft [comparables] in [Latin America] (competitiveness reset in Deodorants & Home Care), and Europe (Ice cream tougher comps now gone)," analysts wrote. The research firm also expects that a "slimmer" Unilever will allow investors to have renewed focus on the company's fundamentals.
