Shareholders of Xianjian Technology (01302) transferred shares from CCB International Securities to Futu Securities International Hong Kong with a market value of HK$407 million

The Zhitong Finance App learned that according to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, shareholders of Xianjian Technology (01302) transferred shares from CCB International Securities to Futu Securities International Hong Kong, with a market value of HK$407 million, accounting for 5.74%.

Earlier, Xianjian Technology announced that on December 9, 2025, the trustee Futu Trust Co., Ltd., the seller Xianjian Advanced Technology Limited and the company signed the agreement. According to this, in terms of the share award plan, the trustee (with instructions from the company) agreed to buy (funded by the company) and the seller agreed to sell 230 million shares.
