Earlier, Brilliant Tomorrow and the offender Swift Ascent Limited jointly announced that the offer ended at 4:00 p.m. on November 14, 2025 (Friday), and the offeror has not been revised or extended. At 4:00 p.m. on November 14, 2025 (Friday) (that is the last time and date of acceptance of the offer as set out in the comprehensive document), the offeror has received valid acceptance of a total of 332,000 offered shares (equivalent to approximately 0.055% of the total issued share capital of the Company as of the date of this Joint Announcement) in accordance with the offer.
