(“Hangzhou Hongwo”) plans to reduce the company's shares by no more than 2,5095 million shares, or no more than 1% of the company's total shares, through centralized bidding transactions; reduce the company's holdings by no more than 5.019 million shares, or no more than 2% of the company's total shares through bulk transactions.
