Taiba Investments Unit Lands SAR182 Million Hotel Construction Deal in Saudi Arabia

01:49 AM EST, 12/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Taiba Investments (SASE:4090) said Sunday its 84%-owned Smart Hotel Zone Co. unit secured a hotel construction contract worth 181.5 million Saudi riyals. The 24-month agreement will see the Saudi hospitality and real estate company's subsidiary as the main contractor for the Marriott Hotel project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The company noted that the project is slated to be completed in the first quarter of 2028.
