Miami Resort Facing $23.67M Foreclosure Judgment

Bloom Hotels is fighting to keep The Sixty Sixty Resort in Miami Beach. It is slated for auction after Bloom lost a $23.67 million foreclosure judgment. The South Florida Business Journal reports the company hopes to refinance the property before the auction date, which is set for January 5, 2026.

The Sixty Sixty Resort last traded for $23.5 million in 2020. The 82-unit hotel was built in 1992 and converted into a condo-hotel in 2005. Integra Investments and Activate Hospitality later assembled all of the condos under the same ownership and sold them to Bloom Hotels 6060.

De Paz Family Investment LLC won the foreclosure judgment in Miami-Dade County Circuit Court against Bloom Hotels 6060 based on a mortgage with $21 million in principal outstanding, plus interest and fees. De Paz Family Investments made the loan to Bloom Hotels 6060 in June 2023. It filed a foreclosure lawsuit in June against the company,
