COSCO Group (03377): Chen Jiamin appointed as company secretary and authorized representative

Due to the need for more time to focus on other business, Mr. Shen Peiying has resigned as the company's company secretary and will no longer act as the company's authorized representative as stipulated in section 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited Securities Listing Rules, effective from December 13, 2025. Ms Chan Ka-man has been appointed as the Company Secretary and Authorised Representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules, effective December 13, 2025.
