Anling International (01410): Law Wai-ho resigns as non-executive director

According to Zhitong Finance App, Anling International (01410) issued an announcement. In order to spend more time on other matters and his private business, Mr. Luo Weihao has resigned as a non-executive director with effect from December 12, 2025. Mr. Luo confirmed that he had no differences of opinion with the board of directors and that he had no other matters relating to his resignation to the Stock Exchange or the Company's shareholders.
