Southern Grid Energy announced that China Southern Power Grid Comprehensive Energy Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary, plans to transfer the biomass power generation project line assets of China Southern Power Grid Integrated Energy Co., Ltd.'s Chishui Company to the Zunyi Power Supply Bureau of Guizhou Power Grid Co., Ltd. through a non-public agreement transfer agreement. This transaction constitutes a related transaction, but it does not constitute a major asset restructuring as stipulated in the “Administrative Measures on Major Asset Reorganization of Listed Companies”.
